This gathering brings together a dynamic community of entrepreneurs, startup teams, angel investors, academic leaders, venture capitalists, and industry innovators for a three-day escape designed to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with the passion that fuels business success. The 2026 theme – Don’t Stop – captures the conference’s founding thesis: keep building, keep leading, and keep going after the spark that started the journey.
Before camp officially opens, reIGNITE will host preCAMP Muskoka on Thursday, September 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Olympia Sports Camp. Attendees choose one of three mini pre-conferences – reCON: Regional Ecosystem & Innovation Day with a construction technology theme, hosted by The District Municipality of Muskoka; reFRAME: Leadership & reFRAME full of leadership content; or AI reBOOT: Agentic Workflow talks and workshops that showcase ways to gain operational efficiency using real world examples – plus a networking lunch. preCAMP is open to full-conference campers and as a Thursday-only ticket.
reIGNITE’s camp community comes together for a relaxed, feet-up, fire-on kind of retreat. Phones stay down. Conversations happen lakeside, fireside, and dockside. Mark MacLeod – Founder of Limitless.ceo and former CFO of Shopify and FreshBooks. Across his career as a CFO, VC, investment banker, and CEO coach, MacLeod has helped raise more than $1 billion and close more than $1 billion in exits. His message for Don’t Stop: scaling a company should not mean sacrificing health, happiness, or humanity.

This year’s expanded program includes:
