Build IT LIVE 2026 Puts AI Strategy for MSPs at Center of Three-Day Jersey City Program

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – July 24, 2026 – IT By Design has announced the full agenda for Build IT LIVE 2026, its annual education conference serving the managed services community, scheduled for Aug. 3-5 in Jersey City, New Jersey. The 2026 program is organized around a question central to MSP conference 2026 planning: how managed service providers can move artificial intelligence beyond early experimentation and into a functional growth model.
Build IT LIVE is structured around operator-led education, with MSP owners and executives presenting approaches they have tested and applied within their own businesses. The 2026 agenda is organized into dedicated tracks covering Leadership, AI & Future, Sales & Growth, and Operations. The event concludes with a hands-on AI Accelerator day, giving attendees structured implementation frameworks they can put to use immediately after leaving the conference.
The conference format prioritizes direct, practical knowledge and active experimentation over traditional presentation-style sessions.
